A 3-month membership fee is collected at registration and applied toward your first 3 months. Membership includes access to discounted labs and imaging through the practice. For emergency care, hospitalization, or specialist visits, we recommend maintaining a high-deductible insurance plan alongside your membership; most patients find this combination is simpler and more affordable than a traditional insurance-only plan.
